Clarika took the challenge of renewing its website and implementing an online sales channel integrated into its ERP.
The result of the project was the implementation of a web portal focused on wholesale marketing (B2B) of the company’s products. It is integrated into the management software (ERP), automating the administration and exchange of information.
The new Lekons portal allows customers to consult products and place orders online, as well as to know the status of their orders and their current account, among other features.
Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and accessible from any device (web, tablet, smartphones), the new portal allowed Lekons to increase its revenues through a new sales channel, as well as reduce operating costs by facilitating the self-management of its clients.
